All mugs are made to order. Orders ship within 1-5 business days and typically arrive 3-6 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

How do I know which size to choose? ▼

The 11oz (3 finger grip) is our standard size—perfect for coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The 15oz (4 finger grip) is great for larger servings. Can't decide? The 11oz is perfect for those who value restraint. The 15oz is for those of us who, like Linda, happily tell our doctors we drink one cup of coffee a day.

If your mug arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at Linda@OhMyTails.com within 7 days with photos. We'll either send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund—your choice.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? ▼

Because every item is made specifically for you (which means less waste and a smaller carbon footprint), we're unable to accept returns for changes of mind. However, if there's any issue with your order—printing errors, damage, or anything that's our fault—we'll make it right immediately.

Where are your mugs made? ▼

All printing and shipping is done in the USA through carefully screened and selected production partners. Blank ceramic mugs are made in China.

Do you ship internationally? ▼

Currently we ship within the USA only.
