How long does it take for my order to ship?

• All our products are Made-to-Order. Production time for most of our products is 2 to 5 business days.

What is the usual shipping time?

• Shipping is typically 2-5 business days in the continental USA.

I love the design — can you do other colors?

• Yes! Send us a note through our Product Request page and we'll see what we can do. 😃

I love the design — do you have other breeds coming soon?

• Yes — new breeds are added all the time. Check the Breed Index to see if yours is ready, or send us a breed request and we'll email you the moment it's available. 😄

What happens if my item is damaged in shipment?

• Everything is packaged really well, but on rare occasions the shipping companies manage to damage something — please send photos to Linda@OhMyTails.com and we will get a new one sent to you.
